The first resource available to you is the link to the
TEA End-of-Year (EOY) Assessments.
These assessments are an optional tool schools can use to measure student progress and understanding of the statewide curriculum, the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), taught this school year. The EOY assessments have been built using released State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) test questions that measure the TEKS.
The site includes a link to a
Parent Registration Form that you can use to register your child to take an EOY assessment, along with a Toolkit of resources in Spanish and English you can use to learn more about the EOY assessments.
Parents can register from now through June 5. The deadline to test is June 12.
